  7.           EZ-DEX is a complete package that is provided as SHAREWARE.
  8.           Enjoy getting to know EZ-DEX and understanding the benefits
  9.           it provides.  Feel free to make copies for your friends and
  10.           co-workers.

  12.           However, when you put EZ-DEX to practical use, a small reg-
  13.           istration fee  is due.  A convenient  registration form  is
  14.           included in the REGISTER.FRM and MANUAL.TXT files.

  17.           ment;  and  you receive registration codes to customize your
